Joseph F. Veilleux, 84, of 3 Pacific Blvd., Nashua died on April 19, 2001 at Harborside-Crestwood Nursing Home in Milford. Mr. Veilleux was born on August 26, 1916 in St. Ethrem, Canada the son of the late Octave and Josephine (Thibodeau) Veilleux. He was a U S Navy Veteran who served during World War II and also served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Veilleux was a laborer for the Nashua Corporation for 28 years and until recently he was a parking lot attendant for Nashua Wallpaper. Family members include; four sons, Paul Veilleux and David Veilleux both of New Ipswich, Ronald Veilleux of Flagstaff, AZ and Michael Veilleux of New Boston; eight grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Olivette (Laquerre) Veilleux in 1964 and his second wife, Lena (Degulis) Veilleux in 1998, one daughter, Claire Veilleux and a sister, Adriene Kitchener. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 27, 2001 at St. Kasmiere Church in Nashua at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
